MUCH LOVE FOR DAN MCLEAN

February 14th, Valentine’s or Galentine's Day, a day made for the celebration of love, relationships, and... fashion?

Let's take it back...

Dan McLean, crowned Most Influential in Seattle Fashion by Seattle Magazine, held her fashion show last month on February 14, and here’s why we can’t stop thinking about it.

The bridal-inspired show flipped everything you thought you knew about wedding attire on its head with its romantic gothic streetwear looks, making bridal fashion more unique and wearable both on and off the aisle.

Black, red, and mauve took center stage as they brought to life the corsets, bold shoulders, and veils of the night.

The different textures and juxtaposition of soft and boldly structured silhouettes created the sexy atmosphere that deserved every bit of the praise it received.

All culminating in a captivating final look worn by @thed.mon, McLeans’ muse for this collection.

I mean, you must see it yourself...

The cheers, the walks, the looks and the energy completely took over Valentine’s Day and Seattle’s most stylish did not fall far behind.

Seattle’s favorite bootlegger continues to make waves in the city. A sold-out show full of cheers and excitement is a testament to her work and passion.

Personally, I can’t wait to see what she does next.

Seattle has been SHOWING UP and SHOWING OUT for the fashion scene lately.

Could this be the true beginning of the resurrection of fashion in the Emerald City?

I say it is and TSS is here to document it all, so keep showing out and we will make sure the world shows up.
